The piture of the applecore sitting beside the flowers takes me back in time as a child I would visit my grandparents before school started in the fall and next to here garden of daliahs and daiseies stood a small apple tree that produced so many apples my grand father had to prop up the tree. He did not have the heart to prune the tree as he said if some one give you a sweet gift even if you think it is too much....should you cut off the hand which delivered the gift.... later I found out my grandfather loved my grand mothers apple pies and the tree was the key to his heart.
